Eric, CEO of Tri Sell, is passionate about helping organizations unlock the full potential of their talent, with a particular focus on developing sales teams from the bottom-up, nurturing talent from junior to middle and leadership levels, including the C-suite. With 14 years of experience in sales and business development, he has a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when it comes to talent management.

Having worked with both large enterprises and SMEs in the US and GCC, particularly in the MENA region, he has witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of high employee turnover. This experience inspired him to create Tri Sell, a company dedicated to developing employees and fostering long-term growth.
